This group is for teens who have a diagnosis of Autism.
This specialized art therapy group provides a welcoming and inclusive space for neuro-divergent teens, particularly those with an Autism diagnosis.
Through the therapeutic power of art, participants will:
- Explore & Express: Engage in creative projects that encourage self-expression and emotional exploration.
- Learn & Grow: Discuss topics like Autism, mental health, development, and navigating relationships in a
supportive environment.
- Build social skills: Practice communication and collaboration in a structured, judgment-free space.
- Celebrate strengths: Share passions and hyper-focused interests, connecting with others who understand
and appreciate their unique talents.
Led by Bridget Speer (she/her), LPC-S, ATR-BC, an experienced and empathetic therapist, this group fosters connection, confidence, and creativity, helping middle and high school teens navigate their unique journeys with support and encouragement.
