Navigating the last year of high school and the transition into college is one of the most developmentally challenging periods of a young person’s life. There are heavy decisions to make for the future, which can bring up a mental blocks, internal pressures, and difficulty maintaining one’s self care routines. Walking through these challenges with peers and a counselor can help you manage the stress and anxiety of this time and create healthy ways of coping that lift you up and remind you of your awesomeness and your strength, your creativity and your true gifts.
