Unleash your creativity this summer at the Bullock Museum's Summer Make & Take series! Every Wednesday from June 4 through August 6, 2025, visitors of all ages are invited to drop in between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM for hands-on arts and crafts activities in the Museum lobby.
What to Expect:
- Weekly Rotating Crafts: Each session features a different craft, including:
- Screen printing with Mexic-Arte Museum
- Pinch pot making with the Texas Historical Commission
- Weaving and textile arts with the Weavers and Spinners Society of Austin
- Asian painting with mindfulness teacher Sari Fujimaru
- Endangered species art buttons with artist Juliet Whitsett
- Upcycled art projects
- Coffee burlap bag crafting
- Felt flower creations
- And more!
These activities are designed for all skill levels and are included with Museum admission. No registration is required—just drop in and enjoy the creative fun!
