Need help but not sure where to start?
Psychiatric Emergency Services is operated by Travis County and is a walk-in, urgent care clinic is for adults and children having a mental health crisis. A person in crisis might be danger of injuring themselves. Or they may be hearing or seeing things that are not real. Services include care plans to help keep people safe, mental health support for up to 90 days, medicine and connection to other Integral Care (county) programs.

You can also call their 24/7 Helpline at 512-472-HELP (4357) to speak with someone who understands. Services are available in multiple languages, and many are low or no cost, depending on eligibility.
