Description

Life can often present unexpected challenges. Whether you're navigating relationships, managing stress, or facing loss, depression, or anxiety, no one should have to go through it alone. I provide therapy for children, teens, and adults from diverse backgrounds, including clients from various racial and cultural groups, LGBTQIA+ communities, and other historically marginalized identities. It is my privilege to walk alongside my clients, facing adversity together and working toward an enriching and meaningful life.

My approach to therapy is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of evidence-based frameworks including existential psychotherapy, person-centered theory, and cognitive behavioral therapy. As a registered Art Therapist, I also integrate creative expression into sessions for clients who may benefit from exploring beyond words.

Recently, I completed training with the Trauma-Conscious Yoga Institute, which allows me to weave movement-based practices into sessions. I thoughtfully integrate elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing to help clients connect with their bodies, access inner parts, and build deeper awareness and regulation.

No two people are alike, and each treatment plan is uniquely tailored to meet your needs.

Finding the right therapist is important — much like forming a new friendship, not every connection will be the right fit, and that’s okay. I offer a complimentary phone consultation to answer any questions and help us determine whether we’re a good match. I’m currently accepting new clients and offer flexible scheduling to accommodate school and work commitments.
