✨ How it’s different from Tia's Circle

MCOT is a real-time, in-person mental health crisis response service. It’s ideal when a situation feels urgent or unsafe, and you need professionals who can show up and help on the ground.

Tia's Circle, on the other hand, is a digital emotional wellness tool designed to support parents in everyday challenges—like meltdowns, shutdowns, or stress—with real-time tips and therapist-backed strategies.

Because mental health crises can happen anytime—and no one should face them alone—MCOT is here to bring help to your door.
