Need help but not sure where to start?

SAFE’s Legal Services team provides free, trauma-informed legal advocacy for survivors of abuse, sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. Whether you need a protective order, legal advice, or help navigating the court system, SAFE can walk with you—offering compassionate support from people who understand what you're going through.

You don’t need to face the legal system alone. SAFE’s legal advocates are here to help you understand your rights, explore your options, and take steps toward safety and justice.

💛 Best for families who...

Need help getting a protective order or custody modification after abuse
Are overwhelmed by legal paperwork or court appearances
Don’t feel safe going to court without an advocate
Want to understand their legal rights in a safe, private setting

You’ll get clear information, someone by your side, and services tailored to your safety and healing—not just legal outcomes.

✨ How it’s different from Tia's Circle

SAFE’s Legal Services focus on safety, justice, and survivor protection—supporting people navigating abusive relationships, harassment, custody issues, and more.
Tia's Circle helps with everyday emotional struggles, using therapist-backed tools and live support for parenting stress, meltdowns, and shutdowns—not legal advocacy or protective orders.
Because no one should have to choose between safety and silence. SAFE’s legal team is here to help you stand up, speak out, and move forward—on your terms.
